Editing and Proofreading

Whether you need a document to be proofread before publication, or you need a substantive copyedit, I can help.

I’m a full member of the Society of Editors (QLD), which requires recognition of skills and professional experience in editing. I edit to the Australian Government standards, as published in the Style Manual: for Authors, Editors and Printers.

Because every writer is different, and the degree of editing also differs, I provide a quote after conducting a sample edit of a section of your document. The quote will take into account the degree of complexity and whether you need me to check facts or add references.
